- Build And Maintain Strong, Long-Term Relationship with Dental Practice Clients.

- Biling And Revenue Cycle Management.

- Collaborate With the Billing team to Ensure Accurate and Timely Billing Claims Processing For clients.

- Provide Training and supports to Clients On the use of Billing software and tools.

- Work With Clients to find solutions to complex Billing Issues or Insurance denials.

- Communicate Regularly With internal teams, including billing, Customer support and management, to ensure client needs are met effectively.

- Ensure that clients’ billing Practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

- Provide Clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve their financial performance.
