Job Description

- build and maintain strong, long-term relationship with dental practice clients.

- biling and revenue cycle management.

- collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate and timely billing claims processing for clients.

- provide training and supports to clients on the use of billing software and tools.

- work with clients to find solutions to complex billing issues or insurance denials.

- communicate regularly with internal teams, including billing, customer support and management, to ensure client needs are met effectively.

- ensure that clients’ billing practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

- provide clients with insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve their financial performance.
