If needed taking steps either the project development team is being changed or team lead to be changed or giving suggestions to the Project manager based on the expectations of the Client.3.In certain cases our team would have done the best from our end, but the client side would be facing certain issues in terms of communication and coordination, its your duty to make the client side to understand the problem or give them suggestions or changing the coordinator 4. When a new client is being brought in, its your team responsibility to make the client team about the nature of business, how the work flow will go and process will go and based on client requirement allotting the project team and if the client requires changes making them happen.Above stated are few scenarios of your roles and responsibilities.
