To promote available Chits schemes, identify potential customers, explain the chit schemes and benefits to customers, enrol customers chit groups, followup payments for monthly chit instalments, motivate & guide customers to make online payments, verify customers KYC, Income Source and paying capability, Bid the chit when customer need of money, explain and collect the required documents for releasing chit amounts and provide service to the customers, etc.We are looking candidates with good marketing/Sales exposure who can do chit fund marketing. Experience in Chit Funds/Financial sector will be preferable.

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive products and services. Should maintain daily valid appointment with the clients in order to increase the volume of the target. Should maintain joint calls with BDM on daily basis. Assigned target should be finished within the particular time period. Maintain proper time management on appointment with the clients. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes in the sales processing. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
