Key Responsibilities Territory Mapping & Planning: Analyze and plan the daily route within the assigned territory to maximize client visits and optimize travel time. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities, retailers, or B2B clients through market research, cold calling, and on-field scouting. Daily Client Visits: Conduct a minimum number of face-to-face meetings daily with prospective and existing customers to pitch products or services. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and revenue targets set by the management. Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging presentations and live demonstrations of product features, benefits, and pricing structures to clients. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing, credit terms, and discounts within company guidelines to successfully close deals. Order Processing: Collect accurate sales orders, verify payment details, and coordinate with the logistics/operations team for timely delivery. Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction, address grievances, and secure repeat business. Payment Recovery: Follow up with clients for outstanding dues and ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms. Market Intelligence: Keep track of competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, and feed this data back to the core marketing team. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain and update daily sales logs, customer feedback, and pipeline reports using the company's CRM software or daily sales reports (DSR).
