Job Responsibilities:- Conducting in-depth research on Geo-politics, legislative matters, Governance, policy issues and socio-economic developments.- Collect, Analyse and interpret large datasets related to policy & politics.- Writing, analysing reports pertaining to political intelligence and primary research and provide insights and recommendations through presentations.- Evaluate the impact of policy decisions on various stakeholders. Comparative policy analysis.- Keep updated with the international, national and state political issues.- Must be proficient in analysis of economic survey and govt budgets.- Stakeholder engagement- Work closely with other researchers, policymakers and stakeholders to identify research priorities, design studies and disseminate findings.- Social listening/ Focused group discussions- To be updated with new Research methods, data sources, and policy developments in relevant fields.Qualifications and Skills:- Any graduation preferably in Public Policy, Political Science, Social Work, Law, Global Governance, International Relations, Journalism and Mass Media Communication.- Strong analytical and writing skills- Passion and awareness in both International, National and State level politics and governance.- Must be updated on latest AI tools for research, presentation and documentation.Languages Preferred:Proficiency in Assamese along with English and Hindi.Renumeration / Stipend: Will be decided as per their assessment and interview and their earlier work experience if any.
