Key responsibilities:

1. Ensuring smooth execution of online live sessions

2. Interacting with instructors to troubleshoot any issues during a class

3. Participating in brainstorming sessions with the team

4. Working on the smooth execution of new initiatives

5. Maintaining clear inter and intra vertical communication
