key responsibilities:

1. ensuring smooth execution of online live sessions

2. interacting with instructors to troubleshoot any issues during a class

3. participating in brainstorming sessions with the team

4. working on the smooth execution of new initiatives

5. maintaining clear inter and intra vertical communication
