Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students/leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Understand students' career goals, requirements, and challenges.

• Explain Scalar Academy's programs, offerings, and value proposition effectively.

• Follow up with interested prospects and move them through the sales.

• Handle objections and answer questions professionally.

• Maintain accurate lead and sales information in the CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

• Consistently improve sales and communication skills.

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, telecalling , EdTech, or a related field.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are welcome.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident and persuasive personality.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude with strong ownership and a desire to grow.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency.
