Job Responsibilities:

- Conducting in-depth research on Geo-politics, legislative matters, Governance, policy issues and socio-economic developments.

- Collect, Analyse and interpret large datasets related to policy & politics.

- Writing, analysing reports pertaining to political intelligence and primary research and provide insights and recommendations through presentations.

- Evaluate the impact of policy decisions on various stakeholders. Comparative policy analysis.

- Keep updated with the international, national and state political issues.

- Must be proficient in analysis of economic survey and govt budgets.

- Stakeholder engagement

- Work closely with other researchers, policymakers and stakeholders to identify research priorities, design studies and disseminate findings.

- Social listening/ Focused group discussions

- To be updated with new Research methods, data sources, and policy developments in relevant fields.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Any graduation preferably in Public Policy, Political Science, Social Work, Law, Global Governance, International Relations, Journalism and Mass Media Communication.

- Strong analytical and writing skills

- Passion and awareness in both International, National and State level politics and governance.

- Must be updated on latest AI tools for research, presentation and documentation.

Languages Preferred:

Proficiency in Assamese along with English and Hindi.

Renumeration / Stipend: Will be decided as per their assessment and interview and their earlier work experience if any.
