IT Support Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

- Installation and configuration of WAN, LAN

- Take care of Computer, Laptop, Networking Hardware and Software

- To identify, reproduce & resolve

- Networking problems of internal users

- Knowledge of web hosting

- Install, maintain and troubleshoot network equipment

- Maintain network routing

- Fix any hardware or software issues.

- Installation of Software, printers, outlook, web browsers.

- Perform regular maintenance checks.

- Keeping a record of all IT equipment.

IT Support Engineer Desired Candidate Profile

- knowledge of routers, LANs, switches Troubleshooting and other related IT work.

- The Candidate should be dynamic and ready to accept the responsibility for the field maintenance and installation

Note: BE-B-Tech, BCA, Bsc, BBA, , Diploma.
