IT Support Engineer Roles and Responsibilities

�� Installation and configuration of WAN, LAN

�� Take care of Computer, Laptop, Networking Hardware and Software

�� To identify, reproduce & resolve

�� Networking problems of internal users

�� Knowledge of web hosting

�� Install, maintain and troubleshoot network equipment

�� Maintain network routing

�� Fix any hardware or software issues.

�� Installation of Software, printers, outlook, web browsers.

�� Perform regular maintenance checks.

�� Keeping a record of all IT equipment.

IT Support Engineer Desired Candidate Profile

�� knowledge of routers, LANs, switches Troubleshooting and other related IT work.

�� The Candidate should be dynamic and ready to accept the responsibility for the field maintenance and installation

Note: BE-B-Tech, BCA, Bsc, BBA, , Diploma.
