Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1 B, OPT EAD, H4 EAD and TN Visa. Have good knowledge of visa classification and tax terms (W2/ Corp to Corp/ 1099). Have Good Knowledge and overview on all Technologies in the market. Review and analyze active client requirements to source and identify candidates for open positions. Should be able to source candidates for our clients Job Boards like Monster, Dice, Career Builder, social networking sites like LinkedIn, Twitter and by leveraging his experience and contacts in the industry. Experienced with End to End Recruitment Process from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up

Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned Mandates.Understanding the requisition of the client and sorting resume as per the need of the organization fromthe database, Job-Portals and references.sourcing the resumes through databases, job portals and references.Checking the availability of the short listed candidates and arranging the interviews in coordinationwith the client.Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews.Coordinating with the Recruitment process and candidates for scheduling interviews.Follow up with the offered candidates & confirming on their joining dates.Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels.Handling requirements of all levels.Building and maintaining good rapport with the candidates.Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.Negotiating salary and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.We have Look at candidates who have 6 months to 3 years Experience in hard core recruitment and sourcing .

Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidatesWrite and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channelsSource, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical rolesInterview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updatedParticipate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionalsKeep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs

Hai guys we have openings for it recuriter at ecil for burgeon it services for freshers it is night shift timings is 7 pm to 4 am and for experince shift timings from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Experience in recruitment, resume sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.Must have 3 to 5 years of experience working on W2 requirements.Understanding of current technologies and upgrading of new technologies.Recruiting through job portals, social networks combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals.Should be comfortable working on high volume requirements.Engage and activate passive candidates through recruitment best practices and programs.Should be able to source requirements and recruit candidates independently for the said positions on their own.Should have an understanding of how to build appropriate Boolean strings.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented, ability to multi-task.Self-driven, self-motivated with an urgency to succeed in the role.Should be comfortable to work in US time zones.
