Handling the entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned Mandates.
Understanding the requisition of the client and sorting resume as per the need of the organization from
the database, Job-Portals and references.
sourcing the resumes through databases, job portals and references.
Checking the availability of the short listed candidates and arranging the interviews in coordination
with the client.
Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews.
Coordinating with the Recruitment process and candidates for scheduling interviews.
Follow up with the offered candidates & confirming on their joining dates.
Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels.
Handling requirements of all levels.
Building and maintaining good rapport with the candidates.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Negotiating salary and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.
