minimum aggregate (all subjects in all semesters) marks of 60%.

roles & responsibilities:

responsible for handling it requirements on w2 from us-based clients.

responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

sourcing from all major job portals - monster, dice, career builder, yahoo hot jobs, etc

responsible to work on contract, permanent & c2h positions.

communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs.

research into clients company.

research into competitors and the marketplace.

build long-term client relationships.
