The ideal candidate will have excellent shorthand and typing skills, strong command of English and Hindi, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.### Key Responsibilities:- Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe notes accurately.- Type correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.- Schedule appointments and assist in general administrative duties.- Handle confidential information with integrity.- Coordinate with other departments as needed.### Requirements:- Graduate in any discipline.- Proven experience as a stenographer or similar role preferred.- Excellent knowledge of shorthand and typing (minimum 40 wpm).- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
