Sales Representative 12th Pass Fresher Jobs in Visakhapatnam

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive the sales of assistive technology devices like PathPal across blind schools, NGOs, rehabilitation centres, and institutions. The role will also involve identifying and building CSR partnerships with corporates, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and developing long-term institutional relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Utilize various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations) to secure new business Evaluate customer needs and build long-lasting, productive relationships Meet personal and team sales targets consistently Research accounts and generate or follow up on sales leads Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay informed on industry developments Provide feedback and sales reports to management using financial and statistical data Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory Develop tailored selling strategies to achieve 100% of sales targets for assigned products Promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, events, and roadshows Deliver sales presentations to customers and senior management, and demonstrate product offerings Recommend the most suitable services to clients Monitor and plan sales activity, regularly updating the sales pipeline Manage and expand Exhibitor Prospector Lists, generating targeted leads to increase sales probability Process and follow up on orders as necessary Travel with principals when needed and respond promptly to all correspondence Collaborate closely with the team manager, reporting daily sales activities Assist in developing, tracking, and reporting Direct Sales incentives and initiatives Identify, sign up, maintain, explain, and encourage door-to-door vendors (e.g., milk delivery, water delivery, newspaper delivery service providers) to partner with the company to promote and earn commission on the sale of company products
