You'll also lead a team of two juniors (1 Sales Associate and 1 Telecaller) to ensure consistent performance and results.While this is primarily a field-oriented role, daily travel is not mandatory. However, you must be comfortable with field visits whenever required for client meetings, site visits, or data collection.________________________________________Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads through both online and offline methods Visit client sites as needed to conduct meetings and build trust Guide clients through the property leasing or purchase process Convert potential leads into closed deals Manage and assist with documentation and legal formalities Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions Train, guide, and oversee the performance of your sales associate and telecaller Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders________________________________________Who Were Looking ForExperience: 37 years in real estate sales (preferred)Skills & Attributes: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Comfortable with both on-field and office-based work Proven ability to manage a small team Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset________________________________________Why Join Us?
