Core Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Manage bookings, guest flow, room readiness, and facility cleanliness.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule therapists, estheticians, and receptionists; conduct performance reviews.

Customer Excellence: Resolve guest complaints, handle VIP arrivals, and ensure every client receives personalized care.

Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, track monthly P&L statements, manage payroll, and set pricing strategies.

Inventory & Vendors: Oversee retail and professional product stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage equipment maintenance.

Marketing & Sales: Develop promotional packages, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs to drive revenue.
