about the role
we are hiring a sales manager to drive real estate sales in gurugram and dwarka sector 92.
your core responsibility will be to manage the complete sales cycle — from generating leads through multiple methods to successfully closing deals. you'll also lead a team of two juniors (1 sales associate and 1 telecaller) to ensure consistent performance and results.
while this is primarily a field-oriented role, daily travel is not mandatory. however, you must be comfortable with field visits whenever required for client meetings, site visits, or data collection.

key responsibilities
• generate and qualify leads through both online and offline methods
• visit client sites as needed to conduct meetings and build trust
• guide clients through the property leasing or purchase process
• convert potential leads into closed deals
• manage and assist with documentation and legal formalities
• maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions
• train, guide, and oversee the performance of your sales associate and telecaller
• ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met
• build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

who we’re looking for
experience:
• 3–7 years in real estate sales (preferred)
skills & attributes:
• strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• comfortable with both on-field and office-based work
• proven ability to manage a small team
• familiarity with crm tools and ms office
• self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
