About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive real estate sales in Gurugram and Dwarka Sector 92.
Your core responsibility will be to manage the complete sales cycle — from generating leads through multiple methods to successfully closing deals. You'll also lead a team of two juniors (1 Sales Associate and 1 Telecaller) to ensure consistent performance and results.
While this is primarily a field-oriented role, daily travel is not mandatory. However, you must be comfortable with field visits whenever required for client meetings, site visits, or data collection.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate and qualify leads through both online and offline methods
• Visit client sites as needed to conduct meetings and build trust
• Guide clients through the property leasing or purchase process
• Convert potential leads into closed deals
• Manage and assist with documentation and legal formalities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions
• Train, guide, and oversee the performance of your sales associate and telecaller
• Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met
• Build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For
Experience:
• 3–7 years in real estate sales (preferred)
Skills & Attributes:
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfortable with both on-field and office-based work
• Proven ability to manage a small team
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
