Role and ResponsibilitiesCreate processes underlining decision parameters, documentation required and operational processes for education loans within a defined TAT.Candidate should be well versed with KYC norms and policies/guidelines.Drive customer sales and service efficiency to achieve targets.Handling Outbound Sales and inbound calls from educational institute partners/Cold calling and others to explain and counsel to students for abroad education.Resolving customer issues/queries and complaints and providing end-to-end solution.Qualifications and Education RequirementsA degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain management, business analytics or operation management.Candidate with minimum of 1 Year of experience in Banking Operations/customer service/Helpdesk.Preferred SkillsExperience with fintech/banks/NBFCs preferred.Good communication and negotiation skills.Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.Ability to work in fast-paced start-up environmentAdditional NotesUnderstanding/experience of education lending industry would be a big plus.
