Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.9. Customer Support: Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support.
