This role involves working directly with employees to offer personalized coaching, conducting health assessments, and organizing screenings for conditions like diabetes, cholesterol, and weight management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health coaching, program management, and a solid understanding of preventive health practices.Program Development and Management:* - Design, implement, and manage employee health programs focused on preventive wellness, chronic disease management, and overall well-being. - Develop and oversee blood test screening programs for diabetes, cholesterol, and other health markers. - Create and manage weight management programs, including nutrition and exercise plans. 2. *Health Coaching:* - Provide one-on-one and group health coaching sessions to employees, offering personalized guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle changes. - Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify risk factors and provide tailored recommendations. - Support employees in setting and achieving health goals, tracking progress, and maintaining motivation. 3. *Education and Outreach:* - Develop and deliver educational workshops, seminars, and materials on topics such as preventive health, chronic disease management, and healthy living. - Promote employee participation in health programs through effective communication and engagement strategies. 4. *Data Analysis and Reporting:* - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health programs through data collection and analysis. - Prepare regular reports on program outcomes, employee participation, and health improvements. - Use data to refine and improve program offerings. 5. *Collaboration and Partnership:* - Work closely with HR
