Roles And Responsibility :Prepare Plans/Strategies regarding Individual & Segment Wise Target.Responsible for Entire Mumbai in Sales Target.Handle the entire Sales Hierarchy.Must take regular updates and groom their team regarding communication.Manage subordinates, front end sales & back office sales.Coordination or any other parameter.Good in Negotiation must have knowledge on electrical products.More than 7+ Years of Relevant Experience as a Sales Manager.Good Knowledge in Switchgears, UPS, Industrial Automation Products, Industrial Plugs and Sockets.B.E in Electrical/Electronics & MBA preferable in Sales & Marketing.Any Relevant Certification Course is accepted.
