Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer based in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, responsible for identifying client requirements, delivering technical sales presentations, and providing customized solutions aligned with customer needs. The role involves working closely with industrial tools, on-site machining equipment, and related applications, with direct exposure to refineries, power plants, heavy engineering, and infrastructure sites. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting the sales team, preparing sales proposals, and engaging in hands-on technical discussions, applications, and project execution while interacting with project teams, contractors, and engineering personnel. The position requires a strong field orientation with extensive domestic and international travel, along with a focus on building long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to understand and present technical solutions effectively
- Experience in providing Technical Support and addressing customer queries related to products
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales and achieving or exceeding sales goals in a technical domain
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to challenging situations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, is preferred
- Ready to travel maximum days in a month
