• identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
• understanding client needs, offering solutions and support,
• collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain and grow accounts
• creating informative ppts, and coordinating with the presales team.
• arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• prepare sales forecast and ensure the same is achieved.
• be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
• responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
