for motivated Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will generate sales for our web development and BPO

services. This role offers comprehensive training and a 20% commission on each

sale.

Responsibilities:

— Identify and approach potential clients.

— Build and maintain strong client relationships.

— Meet sales targets.

Training Period:

— Duration: 2 weeks

— Commission-based: 15% on each sale

— To qualify for a permanent role, complete 2 sales during training.

Post-Training:

— Transition to a salaried position with performance targets.

— Competitive salary and bonuses.

— Note: Failure to meet targets may lead to salary deductions.

Must Have:

— Strong communication skills

— Motivated and goal-oriented

— Minimum qualification 12th pass

— Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in sales
