for motivated Sales Executives to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive, you will generate sales for our web development and BPO

services. This role offers comprehensive training and a 20% commission on each

sale.

Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Meet sales targets.

Training Period:

Duration: 2 weeks

Commission-based: 15% on each sale

To qualify for a permanent role, complete 2 sales during training.

Post-Training:

Transition to a salaried position with performance targets.

Competitive salary and bonuses.

Note: Failure to meet targets may lead to salary deductions.

Must Have:

Strong communication skills

Motivated and goal-oriented

Minimum qualification 12th pass

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in sales
