for motivated sales executives to join our team.

job description:

as a sales executive, you will generate sales for our web development and bpo

services. this role offers comprehensive training and a 20% commission on each

sale.

responsibilities:

identify and approach potential clients.

build and maintain strong client relationships.

meet sales targets.

training period:

duration: 2 weeks

commission-based: 15% on each sale

to qualify for a permanent role, complete 2 sales during training.

post-training:

transition to a salaried position with performance targets.

competitive salary and bonuses.

note: failure to meet targets may lead to salary deductions.

must have:

strong communication skills

motivated and goal-oriented

minimum qualification 12th pass

minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in sales
