Key Responsibilities:1. Production Planning:o Assist in developing and implementing production plans to meet the standardsand timelines.o Collaborate with the Head of Production to ensure efficient use of resourcesand time.2. Floor Planning:o Organize and manage production floors, optimizing workflow to ensuremaximum efficiency.o Allocate tasks to masters and tailors and track productivity.3. Team Management:o Supervise masters and tailors to ensure production processes meet quality andefficiency benchmarks.o Identify areas for improvement in production techniques and suggest processimprovements.4. Design Coordination:o Liaise with the design team to understand design specifications and translatethem into production processes.o Ensure that design requirements are communicated effectively to productionunits.5. Production Unit Coordination:o Coordinate with production units to maintain seamless execution ofproduction tasks.o Ensure alignment between design expectations and actual production output.6. Reporting & Documentation:o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production progress.o Track key production metrics, identifying any discrepancies or issues.

Excellent communication skills in English (Both Oral and written) Minimum Graduate. Min 6 months of International outbound experience is good to have, though freshers are also eligible Good leadership & analytical skills. Willing to work in 24/7 environment and join ASAP. An inherent quality of being a good team player with zeal to succeed. Should be available to join ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:Manage end to end production process of embroidery bagsWork closely with the design and sourcing team to select the appropriate raw materials ensuring consistency and quality.Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.Track consumption and costing of multiple materials and processes including fabric & non fabric materials, embroidery, dye and printing, computer work , manual work and highlights, Preferred Skills:Proficient in various embroidery techniquesKeen eye for detail to ensure high standardsAbility to spot and rectify defects during production processNote: Embroidery experience is must.
