On field sales executive's responsibility is to Sell and develop the market for construction chemical - BATTU across various districts surrounding Mumbai. The individual must have prior work experience in market development, distributor and retailer management, new customer onboarding, network development and strive to achieve maximum sales. The individual must be willing to learn and gain knowledge of the product, its functions and how the product is to be used. Must be proficient in using Web & Mobile applications and must have basic computer skills. Executive must be fluent in local language and should have a two-wheeler.DutiesThe On Field sales executive is expected to undertake the following duties:1. Develop comprehensive sales visit plan for the area assigned for sales and marketing.2. Travel extensively and independently to identify retailers and distributors in their respective sales region.3. To find, convince and to onboard new retailers this starts with identifying prospective retailers, approaching them to explain the companys products and convincing them to enroll with Vaam as an authorized retailer. 4. To meet all enrolled retailers regularly and maximize the number & quantity of the orders that they place with Vaam.5. To speedily & effectively resolve any complaints that any retailer or customer may have.6. To collect any outstanding payments owed by the retailer to Vaam.7. Visit under construction sites to provide demonstration of the product BATTU.8. Record all information on sales software & On-board customers into the company management system.9. Ensure complete handholding to the customer / retailer from booking of order, delivery, post sales feedback and payments.10. Collaborate, manage, and develop with sales teams. Experience:2 years and above. Previous experience in the construction industry preferred.Qualifications:Diploma or Graduate with good speaking skills. Local language proficiency is desired.
