Job DescriptionSourcing, searching, recruiting manpower as per the open positions Develop candidates' data from social media and other sources Source candidates thru college campus thru coordination with Placement Officers at PAN India locations Understand the JD and company business Shortlist and conduct preliminary Interviews by tele call / video call Career counselling about the positions for which recruitment is being done.Schedule the interviews as per the client's schedules Engage candidates till onboarding and thereafter for next three months Prepare and maintain Recruitment Trackers appropriately regularly Interact with key HR professionals of companies and develop new clients Any other tasks assigned to you from time to time.
