Key Responsibilities:1.International Market Development:a.Identify new international markets and potential clients for LED lights.b.Generate leads through B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Wall MART, Global Sources).c.Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.2.Sales & Client Management:a.Handle client communications, negotiations, quotations, and order finalization.b.Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers and agents.3.Export Documentation & Compliance:a.Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).b.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and INCOTERMS.c.Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent), freight forwarders, and shipping lines.4.Coordination & Logistics:a.Oversee production readiness and coordinate dispatch with factory/warehouse teams.b.Track shipments and handle post-shipment documentation.5.Certifications & Registrations:a.Ensure BIS, CE, RoHS, IEC, or other required certifications are in place.b.Handle product registration or approvals needed for specific countries.6.Reporting & MIS:a.Maintain records of inquiries, orders, payments, and shipmentb.Generate regular export sales reports for management.

- Managing export operations for chemical and food products remotely from India.- Establishing and maintaining relationships with distributors and clients in Russia and CIS countries.- Ensuring compliance with international trade laws and regulations.- Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to CIS market growth.- Coordinating logistics, shipping, and export documentation.

Looking for a candidate who can run export division independently, good decision maker and having excellent analytical ability and observation. JD For Export Documentation Profile.Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.Assist to obtain all required import permits and export licenses for all processes.Coordinate with marketing and sourcing department to establish an efficient export classification and prepare tariff schedule.Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues.Perform all record keeping processes and maintain records of all entry.Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents.Perform audit on all import and export files on regular basis.Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all export and import products for custom clearance.Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits on all broker activities.
