Job Description: Procurement of freight rates from Shipping line, Carrier, NVOCC, Overseas Agents. Negotiating the best rates and quoting to sales person/customers Handling & Execution of complete FCL, LCL, AIR Shipments (Export / Imports) both. Close coordination with carrier, customers and agents for smooth execution. Regular follow-up on shipments end to end and update in system. Track on market trends concerning potential customer, volumes, market rates and share the inputs. Guide and support customers regarding the Fretigo tools. Develop strong business relationships with key contacts at customer side to penetrate more volume. Build referral and lead generation in coordination with Customers / Agents. Attending weekly/monthly review meeting with management & sales and follow up actions. Ensure to attend and complete all the trainings assigned. Meeting with carrier/customer as required Procuring the monthly rates sheet from Shipping line, Co-loader, Overseas agent and feed in Fretigo system.
