Key Responsibilities:1.International Market Development:a.Identify new international markets and potential clients for LED lights.b.Generate leads through B2B platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Wall MART, Global Sources).c.Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.2.Sales & Client Management:a.Handle client communications, negotiations, quotations, and order finalization.b.Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers and agents.3.Export Documentation & Compliance:a.Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.).b.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and INCOTERMS.c.Coordinate with CHA (Custom House Agent), freight forwarders, and shipping lines.4.Coordination & Logistics:a.Oversee production readiness and coordinate dispatch with factory/warehouse teams.b.Track shipments and handle post-shipment documentation.5.Certifications & Registrations:a.Ensure BIS, CE, RoHS, IEC, or other required certifications are in place.b.Handle product registration or approvals needed for specific countries.6.Reporting & MIS:a.Maintain records of inquiries, orders, payments, and shipmentb.Generate regular export sales reports for management.

Minimum 15+ years in EMS/ODM manufacturing, preferably in Kitchen Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or Mobile Accessories industries. Strong background in kitchen appliances, wearable & hearable, production planning, and warehouse management. Strong understanding of assembly processes. Proficiency in ERP, and lean manufacturing principles. Comprehensive knowledge of BIS, ISO, RoHS, SEDEX and other compliance requirements. B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering. MBA in Operations is preferred. Hands-on experience in factory audits, new product development (NPD), and process validation.
