Export Marketing & Customer Relationship Management: Execute export marketing strategies, manage customer accounts, prepare techno-commercial offers, negotiate commercial terms and build long-term relationships.3. Export Documentation & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and coordinate export documentation including PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, LC documentation and ensure DGFT, Customs and international trade compliance.4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze international markets, competitors, pricing trends and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.5. Order Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams for timely order execution and on-time delivery.6. Export Logistics & Cost Optimization: Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs and shipping lines to optimize freight costs, improve shipment efficiency and ensure cost-effective exports.7. International Trade Exhibitions & Brand Promotion: Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings and virtual events to promote products and generate qualified export leads.8.
