Job Responsibilities:Customer Service: Assist customers in making reservations for ground transportation services such as airport shuttles, taxis, limousines, rental cars, or parking spaces.Reservation Management: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online booking platforms. Manage reservation systems to book and confirm transportation services for customers. Ensure accurate documentation and communication of changes to customers and transportation providers.Payment Processing: Collect payment information from customers, process transactions, and issue receipts or confirmations. Ensure compliance with payment processing procedures and security standards.Coordination with Transportation Providers: Communicate reservation details to transportation providers, including pick-up/drop-off locations, customer preferences, and special requests. Coordinate logistics and logistics to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.Customer Assistance: Assist customers upon arrival at the airport, directing them to designated pick-up points or transportation providers. Provide support and assistance to customers as needed, including luggage handling or directions.
