Key Responsibilities:

- Check-In Support: Help passengers during the check-in process by verifying their flight details, assisting with baggage handling, and ensuring all required information is processed accurately.

- Boarding Pass Issuance: Generate boarding passes for travelers, ensuring they have all necessary information, such as gate numbers and departure times, clearly printed and available.

- Customer Assistance: Address passengers' queries and concerns with patience and clarity, providing information about flight schedules, boarding procedures, and any necessary travel regulations.

- Cooperation with Staff: Work closely with airline staff and other departments to maintain a seamless flow of operations, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed for safety and efficiency.
