Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Understand client requirement & Job Description. Sourcing different types of talented candidates through different sourcing channels like: Internal Databank, Job Portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn), Social Networking Site (Facebook), Smart Recruitment Techniques (Head Hunt, Reference Generation) etc. Interact with stakeholders to discuss requirements, prepare JD's and devise the action plan.
