Possess validated ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline Proactively build and create the ongoing flow of candidate's pipeline at all levels Ensure proper onboarding to help the new employees settle down Assist in employee retention and development. Be the SPOC for all HR related activities for the team. Implement appropriate industry best practices Evaluate Individual and Clinic performance periodically against set parameters and report the same to manager Take corrective measures to ensure all centers are following protocolsNecessary Functional Skills :1.
