This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a proven track record in business development, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise profitability.Franchisee Management:Oversee and support franchisee operations, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and standards.Market Analysis:Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor strategies.Partnership/channels Development:Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and potential business partners.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate the business development team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.Performance Monitoring:Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Training and Development:Provide training and guidance to sales teams and franchisees to enhance their skills and capabilities.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the business and ensure continuity of operations.Budget Management:Manage the business development budget effectively, allocating resources to initiatives with the highest potential for return on investment.Compliance:Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
