Job Title : Business Development Executive (BDE)Qualification:UG/PGExperience level : 02-05 yrsTo manage and contribute overall business development and sales conversions of Aryamadom Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd across product categories in the assigned market. Including new client acquisition , sales conversion and payment coordination within the assigned territory. Develop and execute strategies to nurture and grow client relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and services to meet client needs effectively. Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals independently.

Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.

*Responsible for attending all client queries on time and providing solutions to overcome the issues in order to ease distributors work.*Responsible for regular coordination with distributors to understand the current market in order to provide market need feedbacks to the Reporting Manager.*Responsible for maintaining a good and healthy relationship with all the distributors.*Responsible for providing detailed product description with its working method and all advantages to the distributors.*Responsible for identifying potential markets and planning strategies to convert them into business market.*Responsible for ensuring that the all set business targets are getting achieved on time.*Responsible for promoting all new launches of companys products to distributors and ensuring all new products are displayed in the store.*Responsible for coordinating with finance team and ensuring all the receivables are received on time.

Business Development. Generate leads and close sales for Solar plants for commercial and residential customers to meet given monthly sales target. Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Lead conversion to Deal, Deal conversion to Sale closure. Good communication skill and technical knowledge of Solar products are essential. Must have driving license and two wheeler. Ability to to learn and understand new technologies a must.
