Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our OEM partnerships in the switch harness manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OEM supply chains, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in generating business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with OEMs in the automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams and key decision-makers in OEMs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Collaborate with the internal engineering and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with OEM clients.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales within the switch harness or electrical components industry.
Strong understanding of OEM procurement and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively manage client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
