We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Saidapet, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a graduate degree. This is a full-time position where you will work from the office.As a Tele Caller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers through phone calls. You will introduce our products and services and gather information about customer needs. Additionally, you will follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service to enhance satisfaction and retention. It will be important for you to maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback to help improve our services.The required skills for this role include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing you to connect effectively with clients. You should be confident and persuasive, capable of handling objections with tact. Time management is essential as you will need to prioritize calls and manage your schedule efficiently. A customer-focused attitude is important, and you should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills will be advantageous. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, as it will help you excel in meeting targets and contributing to our business goals.
