Job briefWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. Handling inbound calls related to policies. Follow up with the internal team for Pre-Auth cases. Convincing customers related to claims. Provide Claim & Pre-Auth status to customers and hospitals. Update daily tracker to escalation team. Guide the customer about claims procedures. Providing information related to corporate and individual policies
