As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company. In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy relations with them.

We have urgent requirement for the post of Tele Caller at Green Park.We are in to Medical Devices.

As a BPO Telecaller, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. You will also be required to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. Good communication skills, patience, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. A 12th pass qualification is required, and previous experience is not necessary as this position is open to freshers. The job is full-time and can be done from the comfort of your home in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi.

1. Customer InteractionMake outbound or receive inbound calls to/from customers in Tamil.Answer customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.Handle calls professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.2. Sales and PromotionPromote products or services to potential customers over the phone.Explain the features and benefits of the offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.Convert inquiries into sales by building trust and understanding customer needs.3. Lead Generation and Follow-UpGenerate leads through cold calling or follow-up on existing leads.Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.Follow up with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.4. Problem SolvingIdentify customer concerns and provide solutions effectively.Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.5. Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain call logs and update records of customer interactions.Prepare daily/weekly reports on call performance, leads, and sales achievements.6. Language ProficiencyCommunicate fluently in Tamil to cater to Tamil-speaking customers.If required, use basic English or other languages to assist non-Tamil-speaking customers.7. Adhering to GuidelinesFollow company scripts, policies, and procedures during customer interactions.Comply with confidentiality and data protection regulations.8. Upselling and Cross-SellingIdentify opportunities to recommend additional products or services.Build rapport with customers to increase sales opportunities.9. Handling ComplaintsAddress and resolve customer grievances with patience and empathy.Maintain a calm and polite demeanor during challenging interactions.10. Training and Self-ImprovementAttend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and telecalling techniques.Continuously improve communication and persuasion skills.Skills RequiredFluency in Tamil (spoken and written).
