You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable financial solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Credit Card and Personal Loan products. Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and terms clearly to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored financial solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions. Follow up on leads from multiple sources to ensure successful closures. Adhere strictly to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.________________________________________Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales (preferably in Credit Cards / Personal Loans). Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC) / Graduate preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage). Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong objection-handling and deal-closing skills.
