Theideal candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls toassist customers ,resolve queries, promote products or services, and generate leads orsales as needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, orservice requests. Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them aboutproducts, services, or promotional offers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM systemregularly. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and providesolutions or alternatives. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for number of calls made,leads generated, orsales closed (as applicable). Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when required. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.Requirements: Education: Minimum Graduate Experience: 02 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or arelated field (Freshers can also apply) Skills:o Excellent verbal communication in [languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]o Good listening skills and ability to handle objectionso Basic computer knowledge and data entry skillso Ability to work under pressure and meet targetso The candidate should be proficient in at least one South Indianlanguage Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.Preferred Attributes: Positive attitude and patience while handling different types of customers Previous experience in BPO / call center / telesales will be an added advantage Ability to learn about products/services and describe/explain them to prospects
