Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Relationship Executives to join our Credit Card & Personal Loan Telesales Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of telesales experience in financial products (Credit Cards/Personal Loans). You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable financial solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Credit Card and Personal Loan products.

€¢ Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and terms clearly to customers.

€¢ Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored financial solutions.

€¢ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

€¢ Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.

€¢ Follow up on leads from multiple sources to ensure successful closures.

€¢ Adhere strictly to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

€¢ Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales (preferably in Credit Cards / Personal Loans).

€¢ Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC) / Graduate preferred.

€¢ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

€¢ Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

€¢ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

€¢ Strong objection-handling and deal-closing skills.

€¢ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred.

€¢ Salary Range: ‚¹15,000 €“ ‚¹25,000 per month (based on experience).
