They assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, boarding procedures, and general inquiries, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Responsibilities:* Greet and welcome passengers with a warm and friendly attitude.* Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents and issuing boarding passes.* Provide information about flight schedules, gate assignments, baggage allowances, and airport facilities.* Assist passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or unaccompanied minors.* Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.* Ensure smooth boarding procedures by directing passengers to the correct gates and assisting with boarding arrangements.* Monitor passenger flow and address any potential delays or disruptions.* Collaborate with other airline and airport staff to ensure seamless operations.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Adhere to all safety regulations and security procedures.Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.* Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the aviation industry.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with composure.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
