Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve recruitment strategies. Build Employer Brand: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's employer brand. Essential SkillsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Organization & Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and candidates simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and tools. Assessment Skills: Proficiency in interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques to find the best talent. Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with hiring managers and other team members.
