Screen & Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage follow-up interviews with the hiring team. Manage Candidate Data: Maintain candidate records and manage the application process within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Extend Offers & Onboard: Communicate job offers, manage negotiations, and support the new hire onboarding process. Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve recruitment strategies. Build Employer Brand: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's employer brand.
