create job descriptions: write compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
source candidates: utilize job boards, social media, professional networks (like linkedin), and referrals to find potential candidates.
screen & interview candidates: review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
coordinate interviews: schedule and manage follow-up interviews with the hiring team.
manage candidate data: maintain candidate records and manage the application process within an applicant tracking system (ats).
extend offers & onboard: communicate job offers, manage negotiations, and support the new hire onboarding process.
analyze metrics: track and analyze hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve recruitment strategies.
build employer brand: contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's employer brand.
