Key Responsibilities
Understand Staffing Needs: Partner with hiring managers to determine their specific staffing requirements.
Create Job Descriptions: Write compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract qualified applicants.
Source Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and referrals to find potential candidates.
Screen & Interview Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage follow-up interviews with the hiring team.
Manage Candidate Data: Maintain candidate records and manage the application process within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Extend Offers & Onboard: Communicate job offers, manage negotiations, and support the new hire onboarding process.
Analyze Metrics: Track and analyze hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, to improve recruitment strategies.
Build Employer Brand: Contribute to initiatives that enhance the company's employer brand.
Essential Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
Organization & Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and candidates simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software and tools.
Assessment Skills: Proficiency in interviewing and candidate evaluation techniques to find the best talent.
Collaboration: Strong ability to work closely with hiring managers and other team members.
