Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
Collaborating with the HR team to analyze and interpret assessment data to inform talent decisions.
Contributing to the development of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assisting in employee on boarding and off boarding processes.
Assisting with HR-related research projects and initiatives as needed.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Assisting with other HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management
Strong interest in human resource management, talent assessment, and emerging HR technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
