Job description
Source and Recruit talent : Assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis, managing the hiring process for each candidate while providing updates to team lead and various stakeholders in the process.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their background and expertise .
Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams.
Based on business demand, you may be asked to switch focus area, which may include changing skillset or current priority openings.
Ability to meet targets set on a weekly and monthly basis.
Provide recruitment analytics and data reports to Lead required.
Willingness to extend work as per growing demands
