We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our team at Maitreyayog. The role involves directly engaging with potential and existing clients, managing relationships, and ensuring a smooth consultation-to-service experience.As a CRM Executive, you will be the first point of contact for leads, responsible for building trust, addressing queries, and guiding clients through our consultation process. You will also coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesMake calls to potential and existing clients, introduce services, and explain offerings.Manage inbound client queries via WhatsApp, calls, and email.Confirm and schedule appointments/consultations on Google Calendar.Maintain client data in the CRM system and track lead progress.Share brochures, service details, and follow-ups in a timely manner.Build strong client relationships through consistent communication and support.Assist in post-consultation follow-ups and payment confirmations.Coordinate with consultants (Vastu/Astro team) to ensure smooth handovers.RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi essential, Marathi is a plus).Prior experience in telecalling, client servicing, or CRM (1 - 2 years preferred, freshers with excellent communication may apply).Organized, proactive, and comfortable with digital tools (WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, CRM software).Ability to handle sensitive client information with professionalism.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary + performance incentives.Training in CRM tools and Maitreyayogs service process.Growth opportunities in a fast-scaling holistic consultancy brand
